Le Scalette al Vaticano is a pleasant B&B located in front of the metro stop “Cipro Musei Vaticani” (Metro Line A). Recently opened and completely renovated, offers 3 double rooms finely furnished and a triple room, all with bathroom. Each room is equipped with smart tv with free internet and Wi-Fi connection, hair dryer, large shower, air conditioning and heating.Three of the rooms have access to a balcony.Located in a very quiet area of the city, the B&B is at the 4th level of a building with elevator.
Every morning a rich breakfast buffet including fresh croissants, home-made cakes, fruits, cereals, and yogurt is served in a Provençal style breakfast room with wrought iron tables, equipped with fridge, electric plates and a hot drinks dispenser.
The metro stop is in front of the B&B and leads directly to the heart of the city (e.g. Spanish steps 4 metro stops, Via Nazionale 6 metro stops); Vatican Museums’entrance is at only 10 minute walking distance. The area is surrounded by coffee bars, restaurants, typical shops and markets. The best take away pizza in town is just in front of the B&B.
I will personally welcome you in English or in French at the check-in. To reduce your line-up time, I can arrange the booking for guided tours to the Vatican. Upon request, a pickup service with private driver from/to Fiumicino airport is also available at The same price of a taxi.
